Utah-based freeze-dried food company Thrive Foods has leased a new 341,000-square-foot industrial building in Oak Creek and plans to establish operations there.
Thrive Foods is a manufacturer of freeze-dried products, including fruits and vegetables, proteins, pet treats, probiotics, enzymes, and prepared meals.
The company plans to have more than 250 employees in the Oak Creek building, which will be used to produce its pet treats and probiotics products, according to Frontline.
A representative for Thrive Foods could not immediately be reached for comment.
Stephen Provancher of Newmark brokered the lease on behalf of Thrive Foods.
“Thrive has undergone extensive growth even in the time we were looking for the right space, with a requirement scope that increased several times over from 50,000 square feet and ultimately to 340,000 square feet. Contributing to this growth was the incredible reception from Thrive customers and suppliers as they learned that the company was adding another facility in the Midwest,” said Provancher. “The Oak Creek space was ultimately the best fit for Thrive based on the quality of construction, timing of availability, access to the Interstate and proximity to many employee amenities.”
