2026 Talent & Wage Survey Steering Committee Planning Meeting (Virtual)

Help shape the future of Wisconsin’s only food and beverage wage survey! This virtual planning meeting brings together HR, benefits, and talent leaders to review the 2026 Talent & Wage Survey and ensure it reflects what employers and employees need most right now.

During the session, we’ll walk through the current survey, discuss what worked and what didn’t in prior years, and gather your input on roles, data points, and questions that matter most to today’s food and beverage and CPG employers. Participants will have the opportunity to suggest edits and changes, with follow-up input welcomed after the meeting.

Can I Still Join the Steering Committee?

Absolutely! We’re continuing to add members to the Steering Committee and strongly encourage participation from CPG companies who want to ensure the survey delivers accurate, relevant data and positions for the final report. Your insight directly helps shape the data our industry relies on.
