The 2026 Total Rewards Survey (formerly the Talent & Wage Survey) is now closed, and we’re preparing to share the results in September 2026.
Thanks to the participation of food and beverage companies across Wisconsin, we’ll soon be releasing one of the industry’s most comprehensive snapshots of compensation, benefits, and workforce practices.
The results will include compensation insights for the industry’s most in-demand roles, along with a closer look at the benefits, policies, and strategies companies are using to attract and retain talent in today’s competitive labor market.
Survey participants will receive access to the full results, helping them benchmark their organization’s total rewards offerings against others across Wisconsin’s food and beverage industry.
