The FaB Wisconsin Annual Conference brings together professionals from across Wisconsin’s food and beverage industry to connect, learn, share ideas, and strengthen the relationships that help our industry thrive. Designed for manufacturers, suppliers, service providers, educators, and industry partners, the Conference provides a unique opportunity to engage with peers, hear from industry leaders, explore emerging trends, and build meaningful business connections. FaB’s mission has always been to bring people together, and the Annual Conference serves as the premier gathering of Wisconsin’s food and beverage community.
Launched in 2026, the inaugural Conference welcomed over 250 registered attendees and featured industry-leading speakers, educational breakout sessions, a trade show, and extensive networking opportunities. From executive insights and practical business discussions to new partnerships and peer-to-peer learning, the event showcased the strength, innovation, and collaborative spirit of Wisconsin’s food and beverage industry.

FaB Wisconsin’s inaugural Member Conference brought together more than 250 attendees for an afternoon of connection, learning, and industry insights. The program featured remarks from Premium Sponsors Giacomo Fallucca (Palermo’s Pizza), Sam Krieg (Central Storage & Warehouse), Alex Johnson (Findorff), and Stephanie Sobczak (Eurofins), along with a leadership panel moderated by John Miller (WEDC) featuring Shelly Stayer (Johnsonville), Shawna Nelson (Organic Valley), and Amanda Kroener (Carbliss). Attendees also participated in educational breakout sessions, explored a sold-out trade show featuring 40 member companies, and connected with industry peers throughout the day.
